Stop by our Scholastic Book Fair September 14 - 21, 2018! Students may visit during their P.E. time. Parents may visit during lunch time or on September 18, 2018 from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

Please join us for our curriculum nights. Door prizes and free shirts will be given.
5th Grade - September 5, 2018 at 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
1st Grade - September 6, 2018 at 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
3rd Grade - September 11, 2018 at 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Kinder - September 12, 2018 at 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
2nd and 4th Grade - September 18, 2018 at 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Student uniforms are available for purchase at our Cavazos Elementary front office. Uniforms are $30 for five different colored shirts. Students are required to wear their uniform shirt daily. The schedule is as follows:
Monday – Navy Blue
Tuesday – Orange
Wednesday – Red
Thursday – Green
Friday – Maroon

Cavazos Elementary has earned the rating Met Standard and has earned six distinctions on the STAAR test. Distinctions are earned for academic achievement in ELA/Reading, Science, Math, Comparative Academic Growth, Comparative Closing the Gaps, and Postsecondary Readiness. Congratulations to all of our students and staff on their hard work during the 2017 - 2018 school year!
